Very nice machine

Very impressed with the fit and finish, the attention to detail, the inclusion of fire extinguisher and tool kit. The machine has plenty of power and for a mini seems big enough to do the work we need

More power than I expected

I bought this mini to do work around my acreage. Lots of trees and stuff grow up. This thing is extremely proficient in handling stuff i never dreamed of doing with it. My 17 year old grandson operates in flawlessly. Only problem is that i can't get the bucket clamp to open but will close. Not sure what i am missing. This machine with kubota engine works flawless and only sips diesel. Ac is great in summer and heat in winter. Work in comfort! I would not hesitate to buy another one. I expect with maintenance it will last me many years. Grease and grease, oil change and filters.

The CFG 40UF excavator is much more than I expected!

The CFG 40UF excavator is larger than I expected and appears to be very ruggedly built. It may take me some time to learn Cat. controls as I am JD skilled. The fit and finish is excellent and the cabin is very roomy for a mini excavator and I'm 6'3" 195 lbs. The hydraulic thumb doesn't fold up toward the boom like other units and is much like the smaller 2 ton mini's. The listing states that it comes with an am/fm radio which was not installed so a warranty claim was filed needed and I'm awaiting the outcome. Overall I am very please with the 40UF so far and look forward to getting my projects completed.
