Very pleased with the quality of the components, but not so much with the fit and finish. The muffler flange was only held onby one screw, and we started it up to unload it from the trailer, it sounded like something was caught in the turntable. Finally figured it out, fixed it, and thoroughly checked for loose and missing bolts, of which there were many. Believe everything is up to specs, which it should have been during manufacturing, and appears to do a good job, but I'm still learning how to operate it.

The H15R mini excavator was as I expected from watching plenty of YouTube. What I didn’t expect was the excellent customer service. My machine had an unexpected and serious issue. When I found this problem I immediately contacted AGT and they had a tech at my house in 4 days. I’m 5hrs from their Chicago warehouse and their tech drove here with all the right tools and all the right knowledge. I major repair was made in less than an hour.
I had a great sales experience, a great pickup experience and the best repair service. Highly recommend purchasing from AGT Industrial.

My machine was supposed to ship from Chicago but it appears that they were out, so it shipped from LA. It took a little longer than the site listed but understandable since I ordered it a few days before Christmas, so with Christmas and new years holiday it took a little longer. It did arrive a day earlier than the sugges
